My Order

Can I change or cancel my order ?

Once an order has been placed, it can't be changed or canceled. However, if you forgot to apply a discount code, we can do that for you, and if you had a change of heart you can always return your order once you receive it.

How do I return my order ?

Where do you ship ?

We ship almost everywhere. Click the buy button and go to the checkout page. If your country is in the "country" drop-down menu, we'll ship to you!

How long does delivery take ? 

All of our orders are dispatched out from our warehouse within 24 hours. Shipping usually takes about 7-14 business days to deliver from the time it was dispatched out. If you haven't received your tracking number or if your package is still in transit after 60 days please contact us at hello@popihair.com

Why is the delivery so long ?

When we discovered the secrets of the Yao Women in China and how they are able to grow up to 23 inches a year using fermented rice, we had to get our hands on this recipe. We searched for a solution and finally found a small specialised company in Shenzhen who worked with the Yao women and produces a highly distilled extract of 1:2:1 Cysteine, Lysine and Arginine... The golden ratio!
